We generally tend to ship orders once a week or as often as we can around tours and our other work commitments. Please allow the following timeframes for when you should expect to receive your order.
We generally advise:
UK – allow up to 1 week from dispatch EU Mainland - 3 weeks from dispatch North & South America - 5 weeks from dispatch Australia/East Asia - 6 weeks from dispatch
Please bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow it time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations.
Generally we post all UK orders 1st Class and all International Orders by 1st Class Airmail and obtain a certificate of posting every time. However, this does NOT provide tracking information and due to too many ‘missing items’ we politely request that you add a Shipping Upgrade for ANY orders over a value of £20. We retain proof of postage for all items if you need our assistance during your dispute.
For higher value orders we may contact you to request adding a shipping upgrade before we dispatch your order if you have not already added this option.
If we have priced shipping for higher value products or bundles to include a signed for/tracked service we will state this on the product description.
SHIPPING UPGRADES & SIGNED FOR/TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER
*There's an item in our webstore called "Tracked Shipping Upgrade" - add this to your cart, then choose whether you are based in the UK or International (everywhere outside of the UK) on the delivery options when prompted. The delivery charged for this item will reflect the surcharge for tracking an item to your country.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
